IS Bitcoin Real?

As the worthless fiat currencies continue to circulate for the massive debt world that has been created by the powers that be  - one world of currency is actually `backed by cash' and is NOT out of control in the boiler room printing presses - or is it? Seems that what THE BS has been talking about since this first post about it In May 2011 - and August 2011 when it would only buy a pizza or such YESTERDAY TOUCHED A VALUE OF 900 DOLLARS.

And, just yesterday it seems - just as the USA gave the A-OK (see link below) - the price took a 300 dollar hit to return to the previous day values in the 600 range. Why all the activity? Seems that the Rich Chinese Have Discovered It (and why not if you are the Chinese use those TWO TRILLION in worthless American debt to buy up the new world currency, right?) - especially now that the American government gave its Seal Of Approval Yesterday - just three weeks or so after trying to BUST the `new currency' with the publicity surrounding the Silk Road bust -- which due to the GENIUS of our government - and their total lack of ability to understand basic economics - (take a supply of something in demand off the market and what happens - correct, the price goes UP) and ever since the bust the prices have been on fire.

Imagine the stupidity of saying they (TPTB) were busting a worthless currency? Imagine the stupidity of saying it was because it was involved in illegal payment activity (DUH - how about the on-going TRILLIONS laundered by our worthless fraudster bankers?)? Yeah, THAT STUPID!

You can even gamble this `currency' here on the BS (that is HOW OUT OF THE GOVERNMENT control it is and why they are indeed worried) - heck go win yourself a fortune in the sidebar - as it says - Click The Coin! Oh, one more thing that you probably don't know about the Bitcoin - some folks say that when it replaces the world currency (oh and it is INFINITELY DIVIDIBLE) each coin - yes - EACH coin could be worth.... are you ready for this BS?......... 3 to 30 MILLION DOLLARS. Don't think it will happen? Don't be against the BS as 85 billion a month and Trillions in worthless T-Bills when the treasury defaults at some point of time (like when the world interest rate raises enough to mean that the USA can't pay even the interest on our DEBT) - might mean those with cash in the world are already moving to the next bull market.

Big Next Step for Bitcoin: Meeting the Regulators

Yeah, Bitcoin. You've heard about it here at BS since 2011 - and our initial viewpoint was that the `authorities better arrest everyone' involved or something wild might be occurring. ..... Well, fast forward til today - and on Dutch Tulip ride later and lo and behold --- DO we have a new currency? Anyway, some beyond choice words in this CNBC link - Legitimate Currency?

"They are not there yet," said Peter Dugas, director of government affairs at the Clark Hill law firm and a former deputy assistant Treasury secretary.

"What would probably trigger that would be some sort of significant outflow, whether it's currency or transactions abroad and they start to see patterns of people trying to hide finances abroad," he added.

In the worst-case scenario for bitcoin, that type of malfeasance would bring in regulators who then would enact the toughest measure of all: shutting down the whole operation. (barf stew emphasis)

Short of that, U.S. bitcoin regulation would have to start in Congress, and then would spill over into the global currency market and its $4 trillion a day of action.

A number of agencies would be involved, including the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, the National Futures Association and the Financial Services Authority.

That would take bitcoin out of the murky world of online creators and dealers and into the public markets.

When that would happen, though, would likely be a far cry from the current $1.4 billion world in which bitcoin currently exists.
