In yesteryear, the idea that adults could decide what to do for themselves - or - even the more radical idea that - a person owned their own body and could put into it what they wished - was NOT so radical. Today, after decades of suppressing the very idea that you own your body (think of doctors forcing the body to live) or God forbid your mind (think of the drug war) - these ideas sound virtually revolutionary.
