SERPO Was A Big Fat Fake

I'm proud that I didn't swallow the Barf that was Project SERPO -- (IF you don't know what SERPO is read this link and google the term) - even while running a UFO Disclosure webpage (since it amounted to nothing more than grade B science fiction). Now, Greg Bishop says he has proof that it was all designed as a ploy to follow leaks and such - a disinformation campaign.
