Do Chemtrails Have Approval Of CFR - Council Of Foreign Relations?

One of the biggest in your face changes to the world in front of our eyes has been the increase in `those lines in the skies' that really were very minimal until the mid to late 90's. This idea - that the chemtrails are used to regulate the world temperatures - is something I've covered before in my blog The Heavy Stuff.
