One of the biggest in your face changes to the world in front of our eyes has been the increase in `those lines in the skies' that really were very minimal until the mid to late 90's. This idea - that the chemtrails are used to regulate the world temperatures - is something I've covered before in my blog The Heavy Stuff. Now, regardless if it is the CFR - it is almost certainly some organization of beyond world politician level IMO. Barf Stew at its best for sure - don't get any on you.
